nice variety fresh juices central location
The breakfast had a very nice variety of cheeses , juices and breads. I could order eggs the way I wanted , which I appreciated. The hotel is in a great location , close to several transportation options.

indoor pool rituals toiletries central location
the room included a balcony overlooking the indoor pool. i saw well maintained living walls from there. the shower worked well and it included rituals toiletries. the hotel location is central.

the waitress, ruth, at the restaurant provided awesome service. she took time to explain the menu. ruth went out of her way and was friendly and nice. employees like ruth deserve recognition.

friendly staff convenient location sewer smell missing lotion
The location proved very convenient. it was close to everything i needed. the staff were also friendly. They always made sure i was comfortable.
during my stay, i found some issues. the bathroom had a sewer smell that lingered for days. housekeeping also did not replace lotion.

The room was big enough for our family. the bed was comfortable. the location is good. We could walk everywhere.
the staff was not very friendly. they did not greet us . i expected a better service from a four-star hotel.

great variety fresh pastries limited space small gym
The location was very good. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, including fresh pastries and fruit (especially the local jams!).
The gym was quite small. It only had a few pieces of equipment and limited space for floor exercises and the hotel did not offer free water bottles daily, something I would expect in a hotel of this standard.
